Our experience with Joe Bock from Home Point was absolutely outstanding. His inspection of the home was extremely thorough and educational. There wasn’t a nook or cranny in the entire house that he did not inspect. He surpassed our expectations and helped us feel confident and informed moving forward with purchasing the home.
I had a great home inspection experience with Joe of HomePoint. He was on time, had a great energy, went above and beyond to check areas of the home that were difficult to access, and was a really nice person to hang out with for a few hours. My full home inspection report (with photos and comprehensive notes) was delivered in the evening same day. Can't recommend him enough!
10/10 I highly recommend HomePoint Inspections! Joe was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain maintenance items, defects, and safety hazards in great detail. As first-time homebuyers, my partner and I found this especially valuable. We also appreciated his proactive guidance on when to service key systems, like the heat pump, and insight into the general lifespan of various home components.
