Tom was extremely thorough and delivered an excellent inspection report which was very important during our purchase process in making sure everything was up to par with what we were expecting and pointing out potential issues so we could address before settlement. My husband and I recently purchased a new construction home and trusted HomePoint Inspections, along with Dan, to provide us with peace of mind—especially considering the cost of the inspection.
