We started working on our home extension and renovation project in August 2024 and work began in June 2025. HomePlus completed their work in early October 2025. We would like to have seen more design process discussions at the start. We found all of the tradies and subcontractors to be very professional and friendly as we’re all of the HomePlus staff. I would absolutely recommend Home Plus Improvements. The trades worked with wonderful precision, were well mannered and gentlemen like. Our Site Supervisor, Andy communicated brilliantly, kept us well informed, the project ran to schedule and he promptly returned our inquiries. We are very grateful for the extension to our home; it just as we had dreamed it would be.
I highly recommend Homeplus...outstanding after sales, Quality and above all very decent to deal with. Our extension was tricky but the solution was brilliant big thanks to all of the team.
This was our 2nd trip down the renovation path with Homplus, we didn't think twice about using them again. The interactions from the first communication to the last was great. The contractors used were fabulous.
