My experience was terrible. Not only did she not listen to my specifications on hair length and made it way too short even though I showed her the length I wanted, she also dyed my hair the wrong color. It is much darker than my natural hair and left hair dye on my face which left a stain. It looks like I'm wearing a wig from the dollar store. I could have done a much better job for less the amount I spent. It was way more money than it was worth.
