I was advised over the phone by other companies about pricing. $20 an air duct. I knew I had at least 20. I also needed my furnace cleaned. i was an uninformed home owner and did not know that I should be cleaning my furnace etc. every two years. Contacted Homeplace and over the phone they were very specific about what I would need to pay. Landon arrived on time and was very kind, polite and informative. this business is not honest and is just out for the money. i recommend that you avoid working with them at all costs.
A neighbor recommended HomePlace to me when I was complaining of allergies in my home. When Matt showed up, he looked professional, wearing HomePlace logoed shirt and his van was clean. He told me I should have my air ducts, furnace and dryer vent cleaned. When he was ready to leave, he went over everything that he did and made sure I was happy. I was amazed that there was no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend HomePlace to anyone who is looking for furnace and duct work!
