As a first‑time homebuyer, I really appreciated how communicative James was. He walked me through each step of the process, made custom videos to explain what was going on, and answered every question I had, whether it was simple or complex. The only area I wish had been handled differently was negotiating repair credits would liked to have been more aggressive. Overall, he was professional, patient, and extremely easy to reach, and his clear communication made buying my first home much less stressful.
