When I called Homeowners Maintenance Service I was wondering how does handyman determine their rates. This service drove to my house for free and gave me an estimate. Then the rate they gave me was unbeatable. I will call them in near future again.
Homeowners Maintenance Service was very professional and the handyman that came out to my home did excellent work replacing a kitchen faucet and repairing a rotted board on my front porch. Their rates are very competitive and they work is excellent.
Reliable. Straight-forward proposition. I lined up a whole list of small repairs and they are getting to them over the course of two visits. I watch them work and they are clean, honest and let you know the pros and cons of approaching your repair.
On time, efficient and reasonably priced! He even explained how I could cheaply do a couple of the projects I was going to ask him to do! I will definitely be calling him again the next time I need a handyman.
