Gave me a Phone quote which I Liked , 2 weeks later another Quote came in the mail which I rejected and didn’t sign for . They sent it to my Mortgage Co for payment and received payment for it . weeks later they called wanting my signatures for the policy I never authorized . It took 2 weeks to straighten out the mess and get the proper policy on file and The Money returned .. Never before and Never again ... Felt like a Scam to me !

Beware of this guy Greg. Rude and obnoxious. Anyone who doesn't understand insurance would be completely blind-sided by the favorable premium they offer in the mail. But luckily, my agent was diligent enough to review both comparisons and educate me on what his quotation could potentially cost me! Not worth the $400 in savings for over $100k less in coverage!! BEWARE when purchasing a policy from this agency! Very sneaky and arrogant in working with you . Play it safe and work with the credible insurance company's.

After years of working with them, I'm taking my business elsewhere. I don't know if they have too much business or what but their service has gone way down. It's been pulling teeth to work with them. The end result is I received coverage through a carrier that they handle at a better price.
