I was the listing agent on a transaction so my interaction with the Lender was from an outside view. Christian Rodriguez was very responsive to any questions or for update requests. He was able to complete the loan timely and ahead of schedule. I will add him to my list of lenders after this experience. He is also Spanish speaking which definitely is an asset for our area of Tampa, Florida.

What a pleasant and rewarding experience. This closure was challenging because of the short time to close and the distance. I live in Fargo ND and did everything from here. Alvaro and his staff were constantly in touch and proactive in heading off deadlines and problems that might be encountered.
