Absolutely incompetent! I have been trying to get them to take action regarding the two homes directly south of me for OVER A YEAR!!! One, has been made into a "sobriety house" and the other is an "assisted living" home. The CC&Rs for our association clearly state the homes are to be single family dwellings. Valerie Rongey, President of Homeowners Association Services, Inc leaves a LOT to be desired when it comes to enforcing the CC&Rs and receiving the services I am charged for.
