Nicky is great, she helped me work on my breathing to help control my blood pressure. Between the breathing and dietary changes, it is close to being in the normal range. Nicky is a great listener, and formulates her approach to your care based on understanding who you are and your goals.
I had a major shoulder surgery several years back. I didn't do my part and take my physical therapy like I should have. I have been going to Nicky for just over a month now and I have gained a lot of range of motion that I didn't have before and I am enjoying a lot less pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering and needing some therapy. She is also a joy to be around and takes a lot of time to explain they why and how it will help. Greatly appreciate her!
