I had a technician by the name of Cindy come out this morning and I have to say that she was great! I've had a couple of technicians before her and neither fixed the issue correctly. Not only did she solve the issue, she explained what she had done and double checked her work before leaving. She also caught a coding issue with the pipes that the other techs had missed. She is very thorough and detailed. I would highly recommend her.
