Wanted to share my experience, since it seems to be different from many of the reviews here. I was assigned HomeMeister through our home warranty, and if I could give them six stars I would. They were here quickly, and understood the urgency of our issue. They were extremely helpful, informative, thorough and empathetic. Found our issue quickly, and explained our options to resolve it. Didn't fix the clog then told the Home Warranty they were not coming back. Called a separate plumbing service that actually fixed the clog and actually verified that it was fixed the first time. Check your work!!! I have actually switched warranty companies so I can get better service providers.
I wanted to share my opinion based on my experience with this company. My home warranty company assigned them to me for a plumbing issue. They called to schedule a date and the guy I spoke with said they would be there Thursday between 8 and Noon. He said they would call to give me a heads up when they were on the way. My brother offered to meet them at my house so I didn't have to take off work, which I thought would be fine.
