Our home caught fire from the house next door AAA was our insurance company. After allowing Homelink to register the family for the hotel stay. The next day the employee was assisting in registering us for an apartment or house. At this point BE CAREFUL with homelink employees, they work together with the landlords, air bnb's & apartment connections to steal money from you. $5000.00 dollars was taken from us. We very much appreciated Homelink's facilitation of our Airbnb temporary housing, provided by Amica, our homeowners insurance provider. The accommodation was made necessary by a major plumbing mishap at our home. The repairs took several months, which required more than one extension of the Airbnb contract. Im having a great experience. I didnt know what to expect after my home fire. I was overwhelmed and lost. The whole team at Homelink reached out to me help find living space for me and my family within the hour. Homelink has been the biggest support and advocate for me during a time of uncertainty. Right before i suppose to check out , they reaching out to see if my stay needed to be extended, effortlessly be on top of everything.
Homelink was amazing in helping us find a rental while our home underwent renovations due to a fire. Needless to say, it was a stressful time with much to deal with. Homelink was very helpful in getting me set up in an apartment after a devastating fire in my home. I needed furnishings for a 2 bedroom apartment and got all the furniture needed. One of the TVs stopped working after a couple of months and I was amazed at how quickly it got replaced after my phone call! They sent household goods which I returned as I was able to salvage my own stuff.
