Had an issue with my water heater, Homeline was contacted that afternoon. The next day, Ben came to my home and took care of the problem within an hour. He is the nicest and most respectful person and the price was really good, I’ll call them every time I need my home serviced. The office staff is very nice and helpful! Keep up the good work!
Horrible customer service. Took two and half weeks to get a call back to schedule an estimate. Then the electrician no showed on the day of the scheduled estimate. Very frustrating when you have a busy schedule and wait around all day for someone just to no show.
Great communication and timely work!
