Homelight sent me multiple "updates" throughout the process, but they did it though an encrypted messaging system (apparently to protect all parties from wire fraud scammers). Problem is, no one there bothered to make sure I had a log-in or password to open anything they sent me. Got a call from them saying they sold my information to a bunch of realtors even though I did not request anything from them in any way. Somehow they found my personal and business number and sold both. When I called customer service, the representative refused to help and hung up on me.
Shannon is the best closer in the business! Her attention to detail and customer service are second to none!
