We had constant communication with Calvin, who was always attentive to our questions and concerns, which made the whole process much easier.
These people are awful to interact with. Shameless and rude. Never been so poorly treated before. Selling my personal info like its their own.
Absolutely abysmal experience. My personal information was listed on website. I called to speak with the company about getting it removed. The moment they learned I was not a potential customer, they hung up. I called 7x and got the same response 7x. Emailed. --> No response. Getting to the point I need to take legal action.
Homelight sent me multiple "updates" throughout the process, but they did it though an encrypted messaging system (apparently to protect all parties from wire fraud scammers). Problem is, no one there bothered to make sure I had a log-in or password to open anything they sent me. So I was unable to open any of the crucial updates they were sending me throughout the transaction. When I replied to their emails requesting a log-in/password, they went unanswered. Calvin was excellent to work with. Fast, efficient and a great communicator. I would use them for any closing I have.
