Got a call from them saying they sold my information to a bunch of realtors even though I did not request anything from them in any way. Somehow they found my personal and business number and sold both. When I called customer service, the representative refused to help and hung up on me.
Shannon is the best closer in the business! Her attention to detail and customer service are second to none!
I have now worked with Shannon Callis for nearly 4 years and I’ve had nothing but perfect transactions with them. I don’t see how anyone can call this company or Shannon unethical unless they were not an experienced agent. Shannon’s willingness to help clients and to act as an ethical intermediary his second to none.
