Rich and his team possess a special set of skills which results in quality work and a happy customer. They are by far the largest and most reputable residential elevator installer in Tennessee. I would refer anyone to HomeLift who is looking for a new home elevator or service on their existing.
The rep I worked with was named Kevin Stout. Everything about the interaction so far has been fantastic. He was very empatheticto my situation. He was very honest and open about the costs, difference between used and new merchandise, and everything. He answered every question I asked with thoroughness, clarity, and again honesty. He even coached me on what to do to see if I qualified for financial assistance from a national support society. Rich and his crew did a fantastic job on our Stiltz installation. They know their craft and are very focused on customer satisfaction. I would recommend this group to anyone considering a residential elevator. Jim C Mt Juliet TN I will attempt to post some pics.
Extremely disappointed in their level of service. We had a $30,000 elevator installed in our home and the quality level is mediocre at best. Had horrible screeching sound for first four weeks after install, which was eventually addressed. Have been trying to get our phone line in unit hooked up, having both HomeLift and AT&T out multiple times. Each points at the other as to the reason why they can not hook up. HomeLift says hooked up to an active line when installed and their work is done, washing their hands of the issue. ... read more
We have been very pleased from the initial contact through the end of the install. Everyone was kind, courteous, understanding. The chairlift works extremely well, and has given me some freedom. The service was very quick. While i realize this doesn't happen normally, we talked with the representative on Tuesday and our chairlift was installed the next day! I am able to come and go easily. Matt was most gracious, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this company and their products.
