On October 29, 2024, I was notified by the builder that the final commission cheque for these transactions was ready for pickup in Downtown Toronto. One of their agent named Joy Xu was the rep of my ex landlord (my ex landlord is in china). As a rep, she sent me emails at 2am in the morning, ignored my texts and never answered her phone calls. I tried to contact the office to get in contact with her, her manager said they can’t do anything about it other than sending her an email…. Now I have to report to landlord tenant board to get my deposit back. Horrible service, clearly she’s not knowledgeable.
Do not sign with this company. They are fraudulent.
