In my recent experience with HomeLife/Miracle Realty Ltd.: Gobin Dhori, the realty agent provided us a rental unit in the GTA that did not meet any home inspection and safety requirements. The home was clearly being positioned as a valid place to live by this realty agent and clearly this was false advertising.
