We hired Live Furnished or Homelife(whatever name they decide to use) to manage 2 of our rental properties. Wow! What a mistake!! These guys preach communication, so far from reality. We had to watch over everything they did, as the multiple mistakes piled up. Not collecting the correct rental$ amounts to ignoring emails and saying they would get back to us first thing the following day, and no call or email. Live furnished also known as edmonton furnished suites recently changed their business name front because they have multiple on going law suits against them due to their illegal ways of stealing guests deposits money for absolutely no reasons. Their scam is to attract clients with low rates better than the actual market (airbnb & hotels) ask them for a salty “refundable” deposit that will never be refunded. They are scamming the homeowners & guests. Stay away from this illegal business.
Homelife Guaranteed Realty, or Live Furnished as they are sometimes called, billed me for 4 hours of cleaning as they claimed that one bedroom had carpets that were in 'fair' condition. All other rooms and items the landlord deemed in 'good' condition. Homelife Guaranteed Realty/Live Furnished provided a picture of the carpets in the bedroom in question and in my opinion it looks clean and freshly vacuumed.
