The owners are complete scam artist They own the service companies used in the warranty claims and continue to lie and gouge their own customers I know personally as I worked directly for them Stay away at all costs They are closing down and changing their spots to try and hide the bad review's

This is the WORST company to do business with! They will cover nothing if the cost of repairs is any amount over the service call. Kevin is the person we have talked to on several occasions and he is busy telling us why they are NOT covering yet another item in our house. He is VERY unprofessional and did not seem to think our water heater was urgent enough help us!!!!! Don't waste your money on this company.

Buyer beware I had Homelife as my warranty company for the past 2 years and they are the worse first off to get them to fix anything is hard. They will take the co-pay on top of the yearly fee and not want to cover anything. Oh wait and not to mention want to renew with any prior knowledge that they will charge you . I was over drawn 600 plus dollars . I called and was passed around for over an hour and then hung up on. I've been a customer with Homelife Llc for almost 3 years. They are always so helpful and responsive. Recently our hot water heater went out. Their service was friendly and fast and it has worked fine ever since.

Terrible warranty company they make ever excuse to not pay. I am taking legal action to fight them. They are liars and cheats
