HPRP is helping people make meaningful changes in their lives, by helping them to avoid homelessness or to get out of homelessness. HPRP also eliminates barriers that make it more difficult for people to get out of homelessness by changing laws and working with the courts and other government agencies to fix problems in the system to help those who find themselves in need. HPRP has an extraordinary staff of talented and devoted professionals who make these important achievements possible.

As a Board member I'm so proud to be part of this stellar organization! It's beyond amazing how effective our staff, volunteers and board are solving the needs so many homeless people.

The team at HPRP is truly invested in ending homelessness in Maryland. They provide valuable legal assistance that ultimately helps real people get access to stable housing.

Call them tell them you're homeless. They will refer you to legal aid which you can look up on your own. They dont provide real representation. Probably a tax write off for greedy lawyers to keep their money. Nothing like exploiting the already downtrodden. Luckily for me there are real programs out there that really care.

I just read some excellent legal advocacy by Karen Wabeke and Ingrid Lofgren in the matter of Doe v. Gormley. Karen and Ingrid are demonstrating that HPRP is making a positive difference in the lives of the most vulnerable. We should all be grateful that HPRP has such good talent.
