Our family had to donate our beloved Bertha, a 2005 Dodge caravan with 311911km on her and an undercarriage that was on it's last leg. Dealing with Ms. Gillian was wonderful as she explained everything very thoroughly. She was also very accomodating as I had to change the pickup date last minute. They arrived in a timely manner on the morning of pickup and the tax return came in on time as stated in the follow up email. Prompt, efficient , friendly communication. Worked around my schedule and was quick to respond when I needed to adjust pick up date. Company used to pick up vehicle was very respectful and courteous.

Had my car donate Jan 30/26 Town driver, Bailey was very efficient.. made sure all was done securely.. He was very nice to chat with.. I would highly recommend donating to Homeless Cars. It helps a lot of homeless people.. Noella P.S. happy birthday to Bailey on wed.

I’m glad I found Homeless Cars to donate my car to. They serve a cause that is dear to my heart and made the experience all the more special. The Homeless Cars Team was friendly and professional. Communication was prompt. The tow truck operator, Nick, was patient and kind and the pick-up was seamless. It’s good to know that my car donation will go towards helping those who are unhoused.

They were very helpful donating our car to the charity. The money goes to Canadians unlike the Kids for Card charity which goes abroad. I would highly recommend using this charity.
