Very easy to set up a pick up date for our old vehicle. No hassle, very straightforward. Also I could understand the receptionist perfectly over the phone.
I reached out to Homeless Cars through FB and they quickly responded. Arrangements were made immediately and we set a date. The morning the car was to be picked up, the tow truck driver called ahead to give me an ETA. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently.
What a wonderful experience having dealt with such dedicated people. It made parting with our 2009 Dodge Caravan all that much easier. Thank you team, will definitely recommend you.
Great cause, easy process, professional handling. Can't ask for more.
I cannot tell you how impressed I am by your Homeless Cars organisation. I have not experienced in the recent past such a professional, well organized response. Thank you for your helpfulness and thank you for presenting such a beautiful online listing. I would recommend you in a flash. Silly, I know, but I feel like my 14 year-old car which I loved, went to a good home!
