Chris Shaw approaches each closing with his client’s needs in mind, not his next scheduled appointment. He makes sure that each client is aware of what they are signing and, more importantly, encourages questions. My last closing was quite complicated, but Laura handled all of the difficulties in stride. I have worked with her on 4 closings and she has always gone the extra mile to accomplish the task at hand. I highly recommend her and Homeland Title. They are my go-to closing agent.

We worked with Chris and Matt at Homeland Title, and we had the best experience! They were so professional but also super friendly and kind. They made sure each step of the buying/selling process at closing was explained thoroughly and we felt so confident and comfortable working with them. Homeland Title has been great to work with through multiple closings. They’ve made the process as easy as possible. Chris is a great communicator and never leaves you questioning what needs to be done or has to happen next. Their multiple office locations also make them easily accessible all over Richmond! I highly recommend using Homeland Title!
