Paperwork got messed up due to no fault of ours. Wasn't identified until 36 hours later, then became very difficult to sign and get corrected. Never received electronic signed copies either as requested. Disappointing and can't recommend them in good faith.
Closed on our house and have had to follow up on insurance, property taxes, and address changes. Just not a thorough effort.
