I'm not sure I can put into words how extremely happy I am with my new safe!!! After a lot of looking, pricing, and endless conversations with other safe dealers, I decided to give Homeland Safes a shot. And I am really I glad I did. I ordered the Shotgun size safe in level VII on February 23rd, 2026, and received it April 1st, 2026. It took just over 4 weeks in production, and 6 days for shipping from California to Kansas. - The safe itself is fine, but the customer service is terrible. I bought a large 60 x 40 safe that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. It arrived in 8 business days, which is 12 total days from purchase. I was surprised to learn that delivery only included curbside service, not inside the house. Now I have an 800-pound safe sitting in the garage because the driver was nice and chose not to leave it at the curb. Purchased the level V rifle safe in February 2023. October 2024 the digital key pad failed leaving me unable to access the safe. Attempts through both Homeland and key pad manufacturer Securam failed to fix with troubleshooting. Both companies only offered 1 year warranty on the keypad. Had to spend $1k to have locksmith drill out keypad and locking bolt so I can access items in my safe. Locksmith said he frequently has to do this with Securam keypads. Goerge was excellent to work with received the door in perfect condition and within 5 days of the order outstanding product and even better service from goerge will use them for all my vault doors from now on. The price to product quality was amazing
