Purchased the level V rifle safe in February 2023. October 2024 the digital key pad failed leaving me unable to access the safe. Attempts through both Homeland and key pad manufacturer Securam failed to fix with troubleshooting. Both companies only offered 1 year warranty on the keypad. Had to spend $1k to have locksmith drill out keypad and locking bolt so I can access items in my safe. Locksmith said he frequently has to do this with Securam keypads. Goerge was excellent to work with received the door in perfect condition and within 5 days of the order outstanding product and even better service from goerge will use them for all my vault doors from now on. The price to product quality was amazing
From start to finish, George was professional, responsive and accomodating. 1/3 of the price of browning or the big names and same quality. Ordered and delivered from California to Florida within 2 weeks. Very impressed. Ordered 2 vault doors.
After 6 months I still can’t get my door to close and lock They welded the inside lip too close to the bolts And the bolts drag the door I cannot recommend these doors Great customer service, poor quality Talked to George on phone and through email. He did outstanding job. He needs a pay raise for sure. Vault door received many states away in less than 2 weeks from placing order. He shipped it the next day. Homeland made an absolutely outstanding custom safe door for me at an incredible price compared to all their competition. I was impressed with their service and quality. The product was made to specifications, finished superbly and delivered when promised. You could not ask for more.
