I called to report suspicious activity at 2am. Someone was going in & out of a car. Then they sat in at 2am while it was below freezing outside. They were parked suspiciously in a car I had never noticed in my area. By 2:30am I was back on the phone with them because nobody arrived. They told me to contact someone else. Even though they routinely patrolled my area. They said they had too many other sites to patrol. I’m typing this at 2:35am. Still no patrol car.
Their associates need additional extensive training, especially in professional behavior, communication, and de-escalation.
