Call and told me after I had gotten my meds for adhd there for a couple of months that they can’t do it now when they are the only one that takes my insurance. Tells me that CVS takes my insurance. There are no CVS that are local.
One of the few places that take tri-care insurance. Which I thought was weird since tri-care is used by military veterans. Every time I go my meds are ready, I pay my portion and I’m gone. That’s the only services that I have used.
Honestly the only thing that has kept me here for the last year is the drive thru. Have been with them for 15+ years but the last couple there has been several errors. Medicines frequently not in stock. Very slow service even refilling a day or two early. Poor communication. The friendly environment has changed. It's not the same as it used to be.
