Michael was amazing to work with and was super attentive (and patient) when it came to our millions of questions as first time home buyers. 5 stars is not enough! Prior to purchasing my home people warned me about how the mortgage process could be overwhelming and drawn out. I did not have this experience AT ALL with homeland lending. I shopped around for a mortgage broker and after having one conversation with Mike I knew homeland lending would be a great fit. He addressed all of my questions/concerns and made himself available at anytime throughout the entire process. It's been nearly a year already since we worked with Mike on the purchase of our new home. The experience was excellent. Mike was a true partner during the whole process. One of our goals was to close on both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one on the same day. Mike worked closely with our attorney, our agent and the banks to make sure everything was ready on closing day. It was a success and Mike was there the whole way through.
