Sandy and her team were super nice, professional and helpful. They helped me solved my problem with my K Rain irrigation timer. I'm very much appreciative of their help.
I went in and needed help selecting the parts I needed. There was only a gentleman working and asked him if he could help me find the parts. His attitude was short and condescending so I left and will go to the box store to get me parts. It's unfortunate when you try to support local small business and then get the attitude you would expect at the box stores. If I have to deal with an attitude, I'll shop at the place with the lowest prices!
Like the other guy said Not great. Customer service sucks and never called me back. Don’t expect anything from them
Not great. Don’t waste your time here
Have some experience with lawn irrigation and needed some parts. Big box stores of course never have everything. Went to Homeland and had great service even though not a pro. The staff was excellent and was able to provide all parts that I needed at a good price. Thank you.
