Used this company in 2021 and had a great experience so naturally we wanted to use them again. Reached out to Jim on Friday 1/31/25 he responded a tech would be in touch that Monday 2/3/25. Never heard from anyone reached out to him Tuesday 2/4/25 to let him know he apologized and said he would call the next day. Never did. Reached out to him again Wednesday at almost 5 pm after another business day had passed except this time no response at all. Jay and his team were great! Very professional and friendly! The technician came to my home and provided a reasonable and easy to understand quote to have my attic insulated. They answered all of my questions and made the process seamless. The technicians were nice and professional! They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves post insulation. I’d definitely recommend them!

The people at Homeland Energy Resource Center made every effort to do their job well, save us money, and ensure that we were satisfied with services provided. They also give good referrals for other work needed around your home. They have earned my family’s trust.
Previous rodent problem They were to remove all old insulation, vacuum, sanitize, blow in new insulation. Removing old insulation first day and vacuuming, I inspected after they left for the day. Insulation in approx 120 foot space with lower roof was not taken out, trash left front side of attic and the back, horrible vacuum job, after I filled half my shop vac of rodent droppings I called owner and complained.
