Credit Union Homeland credit union is an ok place depending on what you are looking for. If you just want a savings/checking account then they are good for that. If you want a CD (certificate of deposit) then they are good for that too, they have higher interest rates than other places. They offer 11 or 13 month specials too. However if you are looking to get a debit/credit card here I cannot recommend them at all. In fact I must say DON"T DO IT. I opened a visa debit card through Homeland to use while I was out of state at ... read more
