Very fast service and done right!
Unfortunately, does not seem like there is a lot of honesty happening at this shop. I took my van in for a transmission fluid change and check as it was leaking a bit of fluid. They were able to change the fluid, but called me to let me know that they can change my rear brakes, too. I was surprised to hear that they were wearing, but he told me I only had 5% left. (!) Honest and friendly. Came into the shop thinking there were some issues with my car, but they showed me that the serpentine belt just needed to be tightened. Fixed the issue in 10 minutes and just charged me for the inspection cost ($30). Friendly people.
Got an oil change yesterday from them before I crossed the border into USA. Customer service was great and they changed my oil very quickly. The reason why I’m giving it a low rating is because when I was in the states, I noticed that there was an oil leak from my vehicle. I had to take it to Walmart auto care in Bellingham to take look. Turns out they used an oversized washer and as shown in the photo, it is clear as day that this washer does not fit. It clearly bent the washer when they tightened the nut.
