It is located near the most busiest road in Kearns. The noise on a daily is horrible. I couldn't really sleep very much. The "Program" doesnt do anything to actually help you transition from homeless to self reliant. They raised the rent more than 2 times the whole 10 months I was there. They also took advantage of my moving situation by charging 525 a month and giving me 387 dollars for my refund as if they don't make enough money off of people by raising the rent which its only supposed to be 475 a month. I lived at the HomeInn form August 2010 through Aug 2018. I worked for management for seven of those eight years. For five years I was the upstairs janitor.and my last three years I was the Facility Manage - third in the higher hierarchy of management.
