Wayne and Ron were very helpful in resolving my unpleasant experience at another Home Hardware location. Also thanks to Radley for finding an amicable solution to the issue. Huge thanks to Lindsay Home Hardware (Wayne) and Lindsay Home Building Center (Ron) and a double thumbs down 👎👎to Home Hardware in Fenelon Falls. The drive was worth it and new lawnmower works like a champ! Â
Went in and paid for 2 bags of grain. Went out back to have it loaded. After minimum of 4 staff and 30 minutes later, no sign of the grain, apparently not in stock. The staff were excellent and very apologetic and said sorry but just get my money back. I have no problem with this. Rather than go around outside the store, I was told to go through a store short cut. No problem. You sure don't need to go anywhere else to get what you need and with top notch customer care and a staff that is always smiling and happy to help with your needs. I have been going business with Dixson's for over 40 years and did not ever have a bad experience. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and will to help. I will continue to shop at Dixon's for as long as I am walking.Â

Terrible customer service. Do NOT get figure skates sharpened there. He destroyed my special skates that I've owned for 30 years, they were in perfect condition just needed to be sharpened. Well the guy sharpened off my drop pick, the first, pick on my skates. It changed the whole way they work. I couldn't even skate with my child. He ruined my skates that hold a very sentimental value in my heart, a gift from my dad. He had zero remorse. All he said is he could refund me for the sharpening fee. What a joke! I have had such wonderful service for years at our local Garson home hardware. In fact, I just made a few calls in the past weeks and they were more than happy to help me out and order in the item even contacted me when when the warehouse was out of the order I had placed and was willing to offer another at a sale price!! Very friendly staff Â
Curt was always promp, courteous, knowledgeable and equipped professionally for the job. We are very pleased with the end results and would definitely recommend him to others. Â
First visit there. Needed paint. Young guy at paint desk incredibly rude. No interest in explaining options. Impatient to the point of aggressive. Went back for re-fill. Same guy at service desk Completely ignored me standing there. Like I was invisible. Will never go back there !Â
