Such fun to be able to customize a gift basket by choosing what mostly local items you want to be included. This gave it a more personalized feel, as I could choose what items out of a wide variety that my friend would like. When one of the items was out of stock, I was called promptly and given a few different options of substitution. My wife and I received a personalized gift basket for our first anniversary and we were *floored* by the thoughtfulness of each carefully selected item included in our basket, as well as the personalized art and astrological basket ornaments. (it was much prettier when originally packaged, but we were just so excited to jump in that we had to [poorly] attempt a recreation...) I can't wait to assemble my own gift for someone else!!

I ordered a custom gift box for my in-laws as a Christmas gift using the online shop. There is such a big selection of Chicago-based goodies, you can find something to make every one on your list happy!
