I could not have better things to say about this practice. They’ve taken care of my child since they were one week old. Doctor Andrea is absolutely phenomenal and the girls are just as great. If you’re looking for a practice that has that family like feeling and goes above and beyond for your child’s care this is the office to come to.
1 star is more than fair. The “people” at the front desk are rude and will do everything but help you. Each visit required us to wait over an hour in the room to be seen by an NP. Walked out the last time and never came back after waiting close to 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment. I am shocked this office is still in business. I highly recommend any new parents NOT go to this office. There is never many families in the office so I for the life of me do not understand how the wait is so long. Great experience with this pediatric office. They're always willing to fit my son in last minute, which I really appreciate. The staff is kind, understanding, and easy to work with. I also value how respectful they are of our preferences around vaccine timing, they take the time to listen and don't make us feel pressured. Overall, a very supportive and flexible practice. Highly recommend!
I should have read comments before trying them out…that Heather woman was horrible.. felt pressured into vaccinating my kid right there (when her first experience they poked her in the finger, she was lil and kept moving) while giving her, her first shots, so the 2nd time I went I wanted just a physical , lab work etc … she was rude, pressuring me to get her vaccinated again ( I get it they work on commission ) but I said NO and she was rude and afterwards made me feel uncomfortable NEVER went back there again…
We highly recommend Homegrown Essentials based on our recent experience. The office managers were incredibly accommodating when we arrived at the wrong time and still made sure to get us in. Doula Steph and Dr. Andrea were the perfect blend of informative, empathetic, and supportive…offering plenty of practical takeaways for our newborn. They made us feel truly cared for and took the time to be fully present with our daughter and us, rather than treating us like just another appointment.
