Moved to the Bay Area not knowing anyone and was simply looking for a place to train, but what I found in this gym was so much more. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, the community super welcoming, and the atmosphere is unlike anything I expected. Coming here quickly became the best part of my day and helped me through the stress of a big move. I’m grateful places like this still exist.
This is place is so welcoming! I had zero CrossFit experience and all the coaches were willing to work with me until I got it. The atmosphere is awesome, they have a lot of fun events for members and their families!
I’ve been coming to homegrown Crossfit for over seven years. I have never been disappointed by any of their classes. The coaches generally care about their homegrown family. They do a lot to create a sense of community. All of the athletes are very supportive and motivating with each other. Dropped in, coming from Denver and CrossFit Verve. HGX was a great gym. Well coached and organized. Would recommend and will drop in next time I’m in town.
