Very rude employee. He talked bad about me to another customer. Just because I was curious about pricing on an item. He said he couldn’t take it anymore. I am 70 years old and I was looking to decorate my house for fall. The customer that he spoke badly about me to her said well maybe he’s having a bad day. Well, the store had only been open 15 minutes so I guess 15 minutes can be really hard sometimes

I shop at the Bloomfield Hills Michigan. On telegraph Road. The cashier that was available there was very rude and she called me out of my name and we actually started arguing and she just seemed like she didn’t wanna be there and she didn’t want to do the job. If there was an option for negative 5 stars, I would do that! HomeGoods store in Portland, Oregon Cascade station location used to be one of my favorite stores. I spent thousands of dollars there. Came to return an item after its past due date and had an encounter with their "lead" Yashir who attempted to humiliate me in front of the line of people at the store. He asked me when I bought the item and I said I don't remember. So Instead of just saying, no, we can't return this item, Yashir reply in the very condescending tone... read more

Shopping at the Norwood HomeGoods stores in Cincinnati, Ohio. I bought a large picture for staging. My house had been at TJ Maxx next-door and they accused me of stealing the jellybeans I bought at TJ Maxx zero class.
