I go to this homegoods all the time and usually have no problems. Today, I went in with my husband and have never been treated so poorly in my life and with such disrespect by a women named Sandra Lopez. From what I understand she is filling in for the manager who is out of town. The policy on returns is very clear that you don’t need a receipt for store credit and I’m not sure if it was an ego thing or what it was but she did not honor the policy on returns. I recommend visiting a different homegoods store
