I had a frustrating experience at this HomeGoods location. I went in to exchange an item that was damaged, and it was the exact same item, just needed a replacement. I was told they couldn’t process it because it was purchased at a different HomeGoods store, which didn’t make sense. HomeGoods is a chain, so I expected a damaged item exchange to be straightforward, especially for the same product. Instead, I was met with pushback and no clear explanation. Excellent furniture store with beautiful designs and outstanding quality. The staff was very helpful and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Prices were fair, delivery was prompt, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.
