The options used to be better. I couldnt leave the store without buying something.
I went in to get some cookware. Two of the items had glass lids yet the cashier couldn't be bothered to wrap them with some paper to avoid breaking. I was also charged twice for the same item. Thankfully I noticed before leaving the store . I know these things happen but a courtesy apology would have been appreciated. Instead I'm met with annoyance when she's the one who messed up.
