I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I have to! My experience at HomeGoods on West Broad was simply the best! 10,000,000/10 for customer service! I dropped my AirPods case while shopping, and lost one. I was so upset as they were a recent birthday gift. I’m not usually one to speak up, but I mentioned leaving my number at checkout incase, and Miss Tee, the head manager, and her team—Jaysean, Romi, and Zelda—stepped in right away.
