Homegoods is one of my favorite stores I come ALL the time, even in Christmas I ask my family for gift cards of this store. Unfortunately the customer service of the Manager/Supervisor today has TERRIBLE customer service. Went to purchase 5 items 3 of them marked one price and 2 of the others different price each meaning i have 5 items with 3 different prices. The service was impeccable. I bought my stuff yesterday and it wouldn’t fit in my car so I came back to pick it up the following day. Alan helped me both days and has impressive customer service. The cashiers were so quick with getting people checked out too.
Went in today just to see if Code Orange had happened in this location yet. Decided it would be easier to ask an employee, your employee literally laughed in my face. So I'll be spending the money I saved to go Code Orange shopping elsewhere.
How this company has not opened another location on the East side of town is beyond me. The line is always so long. Today it was to the restrooms, if you knew where those are you would definitely agree that greed, on the part of the company, must play a huge role. It’s just as bad as Costco in El Paso.
