I had a disappointing return experience at this HomeGoods. I bought two cups here that cracked as soon as I put liquid in them at home. When I tried returning them, the receipt’s item number was smudged and they couldn’t find the same cup in store. The associate told me to bring another item from that same purchase to help them find it in the system. I sent my husband back with the item, but when he spoke to the manager, they said we misunderstood. It wasted our time, and we left with no solution.
