I have shopped at this location since they opened. I am not the type of person that needs to be recognize when walking into a store or fireworks to go off when I arrive. Over the years I have experienced many employees at this location and for the most part they have been kind, when talking with them checking out or if you have a question. Seeing other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one to experience terrible customer service here. I frequent this location often and two times now, a redheaded manager has been extremely rude and dismissive. Overall, this location is not very welcoming and never get asked by employees if I need help or anything. Highly unfortunate as I did enjoy this location much more when it opened and the staff was was by far better.
