I am trying to remodel a bedroom in my home and find a lot of unique pieces in home good stores. I went to 2 home good stores in a space of about an hour and the difference from one store to the next is so clear. There were items I found in one store that were not here, but I did find a painting here that was the other half of the painting I got in the other store that the other store did not have. I will be exploring more home good stores. One thing is for sure- customer service is always on point.
Called the store to ask if they had an appliance with a specific model in stock. Got put on hold for almost 10 minutes and finally was told “yes we have it”. I again clarified the exact model I was needing to make sure it was absolutely the correct one. Associate was very dismissive and told me yes, again, and then rudely hung up. Drove all the way there… and they didn’t have the correct model. Welp :/
Bought a couch and the employees helped load it into the truck. Great experience, great staff
