Manager Norma needs to take a lesson in how to interact with a customer. Horrible service, did not act how a manager should. 0 decorum, makes this location look bad & super unprofessional. She should not be allowed to manage anything, with the way I was treated, makes me wonder how she treats the people she works with.
Manager is disgusting and talks to children the grossest way. Will be reporting to corporate. Assumed we couldn't afford a couch because our son put his feet on it? It's a display for a reason. Thanks for your help Norma hope your life gets better.
Check out had 7 people waiting in line and one open register. I almost left my cart and walked out. Ridiculous.
