Extremely disappointing experience due entirely to poor management. My wife and I drove nearly 50 miles to this location after being told they had a specific set of picture frames we had been searching for across multiple HomeGoods stores in Southern California. Two frames we previously purchased from HomeGoods turned out to be broken once removed from their packaging, so we brought them with us to do an even exchange — something we’ve done many times over nearly 20 years of shopping at HomeGoods.
