Tried to return an area rug that was bought a week ago, the back was peeling off after washing it. (Washable rug). They told me no because it was used & washed. They told me to call the manufacturer. I ended up taking it back to a another Home Goods, they had no problem taking it back & couldn't believe the the store where I purchased it wouldn't take it.
