I’ve been to this store 3 times in the last 2 weeks and 2 out of my 3 times there, the cashiers were rude and would not put the receipt in my hand after making a purchase. Both times the cashiers did this, they walked away and would not make eye contact with me. People of color, please select to have your receipt printed and watch to see if they put the receipt in your hand or sit it on the counter and walk away. Very rude and racist to do this in 2026!!
I'm a regular of this homegoods- because they were a favorite of mine to bring my dogs for training, treats, and toys. I brought my puppy here today, and in the 20 minutes we were here shopping, she barked 4 times. 3 sequentially in excitement as someone tried to pet her, and another one time at a little kid waving at her. This is a several month old pomeranian puppy. On 2 occasions Ive encountered BIG A MICE! This Store needs an EXTERMINATOR IMMEDIATELY. A mouse ran right in front of me today. This needs IMMEDIATELY ATTENTION!!!! The staff is very nice and polite. The MICE GOTS TO GO!!!!
