Horrible employees
I love the store and shop there frequently. I feel welcomed and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The HomeGoods manager has guided me numerous times locating items I was looking for and I left very satisfied. .
I use to love coming to homegoods Petaluma to do some holiday decor shopping for my home but unfortunately that has changed since my last couple visits. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcoming in a store before up until the store has gotten a new manager (sephora). She will follow you around the store from one aisle to another aisle and if she's notices if you've been in the store for awhile she will then proceed to ask you rudely if you're there for hello kitty when you're in a complete opposite section of a store ... read more
You may live a store like this being part of TJ max in Petaluma, but not for me. Lots to look at, but too cluttered for me.
